to follow up on today's discussion re: Fall 2013 Budget, Event
Planning, and Process for Paying For/Getting Reimbursed for
events you will plan.
Second - By the end of next week (Sept 27), can you each send to Jannette and myself a brief description/estimated budget for the events you are thinking of holding this Fall given your respective total Fall budget allocation.
Finally, please see attached the following documents:
- ESGA Events - Planning Guide & Payment Procedures: This document walks you through all the steps of planning/paying for an event.
- ESGA Event Proposal Form: See Step 1 of Step-By-Step Planning Guide.
- ESGA OOP (Out of Pocket) Reimbursement Request Form: See Step 3 of Step-By-Step Planning Guide.
- ESGA Budget Fall '13 Only - 08.14.2013:
