2013 ESGA Transition & Thank You Dinner RSVP

2013 ESGA -

I wanted to tie back on transition plan for our new VPs after meeting with on transition tonight with Liz and Scott!

ESGA VP Transition:

• Create at least a 1 page description of responsibilities, lessons learned, & events planned (if applicable)
• Reach out to your replacement (see below list) with this one pager in an email and set up sometime to meet with them prior to class or after class over the next few weeks (or even just a phone call!)
• Please copy Liz/Scott on your email to them so that they are aware of who has completed transition and they have a copy of the transition document

ESGA Celebration Dinner (Cohort Reps this is you too!):

• Friday evening, January 10th @ Ping Pong Dim Sum Dupont
• Please RSVP by 12/10 to me if you will be able to attend and if you will be bringing a significant other (I need these numbers in order to solidify the contract)
• It is going to be really fun! I hope you all can make it!
