Hello,

I am wondering how hard it is to change the cache coherency protocol from MOESI to MESI? Could it be possible by replacing CCache.h, CCache.cpp and some other files (e.g., MRouter.h, MRouter.cpp) from the ARM-version ESESC with respective files from the MIPS-version ESESC?

If yes, what are the files/directories to be replaced?

I am currently using the ARM version of ESESC.

Thanks in advance!

I would recommend to switch to the MIPS version as it has many patches in coherence, and it has been validated against RTL.

To change the coherence, the two main files are CCache and MRouter.
