Trying to enablePower with mips64

We are trying to enable PowerModel with mips64, but it does not work.

How can I repair it?

Alamelu was the last student that used the power model. The issue is that has not been used in several Years (5?), so the code has diverged...

Maybe Alamelu can help. Otherwise, not much help from my side at the moment (busy schedule)
