Mahindra & Mahindra is hiring Senior Engineers in the Design COE for EV powertrain and vehicle systems, working on next‑generation electric vehicle components, battery packs, motors, and integration workflows.
They’re looking for:
✅ Strong mechanical fundamentals with EV powertrain and battery‑related design experience (CAD, tolerance stack‑ups)
✅ Hands‑on ability with 3D CAD tools like CATIA, UG NX or similar for EV component modelling
✅ Knowledge of GD&T standards, DFMEA, DFM and DFS for EV subsystems
✅ Collaboration with cross‑functional teams including validation, suppliers, and integration for manufacturable EV design solutions
