What they're looking for:
✅ Design of high-voltage (>96V) motor controllers for BLDC, PMSM & induction motors
✅ Development of inverter power stages using MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC/GaN devices
✅ DC-link capacitor selection, busbar design & snubber circuit implementation
✅ Compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety & CISPR EMC automotive standards
✅ Cross-functional collaboration with firmware, mechanical & validation teams
