• Lead a team of 2-4 people to work on small modules.
• Work on design and development and unit testing.
• Design and Code reviews.
• Task allocation and planning.
• Client interaction.
• Requirement definition and fine tuning (with client)
• Formulate / suggest best s/w development practices for the team and implement the same
• Design and technical documentation
• Candidate will become a Team Lead in 6-12 months based on performance.
