It's not giving the political color to the group. This topic really important because if a country can't stop his knowledge pool it can't develop.

If a guy don't get a job even if he is the best suitable person for that post due to his caste then it's really shameful for the democratic country like ours.

And that guy is contributes a lot for the development of other country becoz that country gave him opportunity to perform. That's the fact a phenomenon which we call as bran drain.

One of the very well known research institute is located in Delhi and it works in field of Biology. From there  around 99.99% of people who are completing their research are going to US, UK and europe becoz in India they can't recruit so many general candidates.

So this thing in one way or the other is connected to the carrer only becoz i believe that knowledge should  be the only criteria for the selection and the government should work on bringing the  economically bacKWARD  people to the  same level as others by giving support not by giving reservations. Reservation will only make them more weak in kowledge criteria becoz reservations will give the impression that whatever marks they have or whatever knowledge level they have they will get the job.

you know that reservation in any way of any kind is harmful for the development of the countery. it is a bad politics that our politiican are using for their vote bank. if they are really ready to provide it then it's basis should not be cast.
it should be on the econimical condition of the candidate not the cast of the candidate.

Are you aware of the latest proposal of HR Dept (Govt of India).........they are planning to increase the quota of reserved seats by 27%......which will make the reserved seats to 49.x%........leaving barely 50% seats to be filled on the basis of merit.



Are you ready to face the fact that - Our half of our nation will be nurtured not on the basis of merit but some other considerations.
