All orders are packaged discreetly with the packaging materials necessary to ensure that everything arrives in pristine condition. Our goal is to ship your order within 1-3 business days of the time the order was placed, if not quicker. Delays include, but are not limited to, holidays, inclement weather, out of stock items, and resolution of any verification of the order.


UPS is the recommended shipping method for domestic shipments within the 48 lower states. Please keep in mind that UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box or an APO address unless the physical address for the Post Office is also listed.


Orders are billed in U.S. dollars. Please note that the customs office of your country may impose additional duties on your order. Any additional duties assessed on an order are the responsibility of the recipient listed on the package. We strongly advise you to contact your local customs agency for duty information and be prepared to pay any duty fees required by your government. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the importation of shisha tobacco and/or hookah products is permissible by law within their country of origin.



Refused international orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return to our warehouse. International shipping ship times are merely estimates and your package may arrive sooner or slower depending on the efficiency of your country`s post office and time to process shipments through customs. International order shipping estimates do not include customs clearance times.


While we would love to have the ability to supply all of our fellow hookah enthusiasts around the world, there are some locations that we may be unable to ship tobacco due to shipping restrictions, governmental regulations, or other forms of prohibitive circumstances.


The following U.S. states currently have restrictions on ordering tobacco from online retailers. If you reside in one of the following states you are still able to order any non-tobacco products (hookahs, hoses, accessories, etc.) from Hookah-Shisha. If you place an order to ship within one of the following states please note that your order may be altered or canceled, dependent on the products within your order. You will be notified of any alternations to your order. The pending charge on your debit/credit card will be adjusted and reflect your new invoice total.


All of us here at Hookah-Shisha want to make your experience with us is nothing aside from top notch. From ordering to shipping to setting up your hookah, we are here to help! You can find the answers to nearly all of your questions on our Ordering Information page, but in the past decades we have been around, these are the most commonly asked questions we receive. And, as always, you can always reach out to our Customer Serivce Team at any time!


We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. This includes any prepaid gift cards from these providers. To avoid any issues during checkout, please make sure that the correct billing address is entered for the card you wish to use for payment. For prepaid gift cards, you may be required to register the card by calling the phone number on the back before use. We do not accept PayPal, personal checks, bank transfers, Western Union, etc.


After your order has been placed we work diligently to have it processed through our warehouse as quickly as possible. For this reason we ask that you immediately contact us after placing an order if you have made a mistake or need to alter your order. Once your order has been processed through our packing department no more changes will be able to be made. You are however always welcome to send back any unopened, unused items for an exchange or refund.


When you place an order, a pending hold on the funds required for payment is placed on your card. These held funds are not collected until your order has received a tracking number and ships. You may call, chat in, or email to cancel an order before it receives a tracking number and ships. The best way to request an order be canceled is to call us or chat with us immediately. Once a payment has been voided it will typically take 2-3 business days for the pending transaction to drop off of your account. This depends on your bank.


This varies by item. Many of our items are handmade and imported from overseas so sometimes it is tough to say. We receive regular shipments from most of our vendors about every 4-6 weeks. Once a shipment is received into our facility we update our website as soon as possible.


Price matching may be possible. It is best to give us a phone call or chat in with the item you are wanting to price match. The item must be in stock, identical, not part of a sale or promotion, and from a reputable competitor.


We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition - 99% of our orders arrive on time and undamaged. Anything breakable, such as glass or ceramics, are wrapped carefully. We also utilize packing cushions and/or styrofoam packing peanuts. Even with the great care we take to ensure safe travel to you, it is always possible damage may occur in shipping. For this reason, all of our shipments are fully insured and we will replace any products that arrive damaged or broken


Despite the attention and care we devote to hand-packing each individual order, unforeseen circumstances while an order is in transit can damage the package contents. If something arrives damaged, follow these steps to ensure the fastest and most thorough possible service:


We strive for the highest level of accuracy in order fulfillment. Our orders are triple checked to ensure they leave in perfect order, but occasionally mistakes are made. We will be happy to correct any mistake we make and we ask that you contact us immediately upon discovery of any errors.


Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS is experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order, so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for tracking to update once you have received a tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.


International orders shipped with the USPS First Class Package Service might take up to 45 business days to be delivered due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, and increased parcel volumes.

USPS Priority Mail International deliveries might take up to 30 business days due to the same reasons.


We ship out of Miami, Florida, United States. All orders are packaged carefully with the packaging supplies necessary to guarantee that merchandise arrives in perfect condition. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of the time the order is placed. Delays include, but are not limited to, holidays, inclement weather, and resolution of any verification of the order. We process orders Monday to Saturday, including U.S Federal Holidays. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.


Please note that your local customs office of your country may impose additional duties on your order, inspect it, or confiscate it. By placing an international order, you are agreeing and accepting all risks and liabilities for importing tobacco into your country.

We advise you to contact your local customs agency for duty information and to be prepared to pay the duties if necessary. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Thehookahlab.com. We are not responsible for knowing or enforcing the tobacco importation laws of your country.


For orders returned to The Hookah Lab from a Customs Office, customers will be refunded the value of the products we receive. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items. If any of the returned products arrive damaged or opened, they cannot be refunded.


Please note that all prices are listed in USD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency upon checkout. Thehookahlab.com is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping addresses and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Thehookahlab.com is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.


Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of thehookahlab.com, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Thehookahlab.com strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.


Thehookahlab.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. You may return all unused items purchased at thehookahlab.com within 30 days of the original delivery for a refund(less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee). Please be sure to carefully read the instructions below on how to return/exchange an item.


We will replace or exchange defective or broken items free of charge within the limitations of the 30 days and the unused condition of the returned items. For returns/exchanges other than damaged or defective items, the customer maintains responsibility for the return shipping amount.
