Dear eSaude colleagues and all, as promised find attached the most recent and updated facility list of the MoH.

1. the excel file is coming out form MB and SIS-MA system for general use (no geographical coordinates)
   
2. the zip file is the same but in a metadata exported format coming out form the actual SIS-MA system with geographical reference.

Both are updated and harmonized and reviewed by DIS with the support of Jembi/UEM-Moasis team. This list is approved and can be used freely. There is also a MFL list done by KPMG consultants within the Master Facility List inventory (SARA) project, but we understand it is not yet ready for use. 

The attached are in our opinion the best option at the moment.

We can provide regularly updates if needed. We are also following up the MFL initiative at the MoH-DIS.
