Thanks for setting a good example of sharing job openings through this network. Thus the way to go , times have changed when you had to rely on job adverts in the newspaper to get high calibre  applicants, organisations are now using  social networks more and more to advertise such as LinkedIn, twitter, face book for recruitment.
