Starting out with multimedia, design and shaped up in strategy, Rotimi's course into creative strategic thinking was born. Andre is a Brazilian creative currently working as an Associate Creative Director in TBWA\Shanghai. Before moving to China, he worked at the most awarded agencies

As a copywriter and associative creative director, Andre worked on local and international projects for brands like Adidas, Volkswagen, Nike, Mondelez, Coca-Cola, Ab-Inbev and Ferrero Rocher. Henrik is a Creative Director at M&C Saatchi Stockholm.Over the past 12 years, Henrik has been instrumental in developing effective communication concepts for brands such as BMW, Reebok and Adidas in the Nordics. He works across all channels and touch-points and experienced in both B2B and B2C communications as well as Employer Branding programs and initiatives.

Flavia is a creative at Publicis Impetu and an active member of the Gender Observatory of the Uruguayan Advertising Circle. Before, she was a copywriter at Alva, an independent Uruguayan agency with an emphasis on sustainability and gender issues.

I started 20 years ago in Brazil as a Copywriter, spent 6 years leading the Creative Direction of FCB Lisbon, and for the past 6 months have been a Creative Director at Grey NY. Throughout my career, I was happy to be awarded at Cannes Lions (including a Grand Prix in the last edition), One Show, CLIO, EPICA, New York Festival, London International Festival, Eurobest, Mad Stars, El Ojo, CRESTA, and many others. Ddima is an Associate Creative Director (Art Director side) based in New York. Proudly originally from the north of Espaa, she decided to come to the US to continue her studies in advertising at The Creative Circus and develop her professional career. She moved to NYC and has worked at agencies of all sizes, including TAXI, The Brooklyn Brothers, Rokkan and VaynerMedia, on a wide range of brands and clients. She is a lover of typography, geometric shapes, color, collage, patterns, graphic eyes, lattes, barbeque sauce, and photoshopping sweets into vintage exercise photos on her personal Instagram account @sweetworkouts.

Perle Arteta started her international career as a journalist and PR specialist in Shanghai. She left China to pursue a more creative career as an Art Director at BBDO Toronto. She then joined Canada's most sought-after agencies where she worked on US and Canadian clients. More recently she moved from FCB Toronto to VMLY&R London where she's currently working as a Senior Creative on global accounts.

Perle's work has been awarded at major advertising shows like Cannes Lions, Clios, Cassies, One Show, Effies and has been featured in Lrzer's Archive, Best Ads TV, Adweek, Advertising Age, Cannes Lions ACT Responsible and Applied Arts.

She currently holds the position of General Manager at Serviceplan Bubble. Her day-to-day includes overseeing all client creative inclusive of social media content & influencer content, and all online advertising collateral. Furthermore, she is tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.

Cynthia is a Senior Art Director who recently opted for freelancing with some of the best advertising agencies around the region to meet talented creatives, experience new cultures and to sharpen her skills and talent.


She then found an opportunity to work in a challenging market at J. Walter Thompson Doha where she became part of the team that worked on a wide portfolio of brands including Banking, Real Estate, Governmental and Airlines.

Lindsei Barros is an award-winning Associate Creative Director/Art with experience on three different countries across the globe. While working in the USA, she was responsible for launching campaigns for Shiseido and also the biggest product launch for Canon in years. She's also an avid scriptwriter and women's rights activist.

Mother of two humans and of tens of campaigns, Adina has an experience of over 15 years in advertising. Ogilvy, JWT, BBDO, Leo Burnett and DDB are the agencies where she mothered small and big campaigns, some of them even awarded at festivals for both creativity and efficiency.

Adina tried to escape the advertising virus and lived in Belgium for 4 years, doing anything but advertising, but she couldn't. She got back and now she's alive and kicking, waiting for the next big idea to be born.
