Is ITF Taekwon-Do a Martial Science or a Martial Art?
The focus on Newtonian physics and biomechanics that are part of ITF
Taekwon-Do would suggest that it is a science, wouldn't you agree?
Strangely I disagree. I believe that ITF Taekwon-Do is an art based on
certain scientific principle, rather than a science. You can read my
