CfP: Workshop on "Misperceptions, Mental Models and Polarization" (June 11-12, 2025)

Dear colleagues, 

The Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods invites submissions for a curated workshop on “Misperceptions, Mental Models and Polarization”, to be held on June 11-12, 2025, in Bonn, Germany. The workshop will bring together a focused group of scholars whose research directly addresses how individuals form, maintain, and act upon inaccurate beliefs, mental representations, and polarized attitudes. 

Keynote Speakers - We are thrilled to announce that our keynote speakers will be 

• Chris Roth – University of Cologne 
• Sevgi Yuksel – New York University

Submission Guidelines - We accept submissions of extended abstracts and full papers. Each person can submit only one paper. Submission deadline: February 15, 2026. To submit your paper (in PDF format) please use the following link: Submission portal
