Hi all,
As some of you know -- especially those of you who have already attended in the past --, I’m co-organizing (jointly with Cristina Bicchieri) our bi-annual Norms and Behavior Change (NoBeC) conference at the University of Pennsylvania. This year's thematic focus is political polarization and (anti-)democratic norms, allowing us to explore the link between norms, behavior, and polarization and democracy—with perspectives from a multitude of disciplines. It will take place on October 17-19 and the keynote speakers will include Diana Mutz (Penn) and Kaushik Basu (Cornell). We will also feature two policy panels. Abstracts are now being accepted!
We welcome submissions on the above-mentioned topics for both oral presentations (reserved for mid-career to senior researchers) and posters (reserved for early career researchers such as Ph.D. students and Postdocs) from any discipline. Abstracts are due on June 15th and can be submitted here: https://tinyurl.com/NoBeC2024
For more information, see our website: https://web.sas.upenn.edu/nobec2024/
We’d be excited to receive your submission and please also help us spread the word!
Best,
Eugen
