Dear Colleagues, 

The Economics Discipline Group, the Behavioural Business Lab, and the School of Economics, Finance and Marketing at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) are pleased to announce the upcoming

11th international conference "Contests: Theory and Evidence" 

to be held at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia on September 17-18, 2025 

Keynote Speakers: 

We are planning a vibrant two-day event, continuing the tradition of the annual conferences previously held at the University of East Anglia and other institutions. As always, we invite submissions from researchers in economics and other disciplines on any topic related to contests. There is no registration fee, and food will be provided.

Important Dates:

  • Submission deadline: June 1, 2025
  • Decisions announced by: June 29, 2025
  • Registration deadline: August 17, 2025

This is a preliminary announcement for your reference, so please mark your calendars. Another announcement with details on the conference website and submission portal will follow. We look forward to seeing you in Melbourne!
