Professor position at Grenoble Applied Economics Laboratory, France [French required] -- deadline March 30th.

Dear colleagues, 

we open a Professor (French "Professeur des Universités, 2e classe", roughly equivalent to Associate, tenured) position at the Grenoble Applied Economics Laboratory, open to all fields related to the department's research activity, that include experimental economics (mostly applied to individual decision making and consumer behavior), innovation, industrial organization, energy economics. GAEL hosts a dedicated brick-n-mortar experimental laboratory with 36 seats and a dedicated staff for managing, coding and running experiments.

The position requires fluency in French as teaching is (almost exclusively) in French, is tenured, and comes with ~120 teaching hours (as per French standards). It is part of the French centralized job market procedure, with submission to be made on the Galaxie portal (here: https://www.galaxie.enseignementsup-recherche.gouv.fr/ensup/candidats.html) and deadline on March 30th, 2026. Position expected to start on Sept 1st, 2026.
