The BRiO group at emlyon business school is looking to fill a two-year funded post-doctoral position. The earliest starting date being January 2026; with the date being adjustable dependent on the candidates availability.
The BRiO group brings together researchers from emlyon business school focusing on behavioral research in organizations. We draw from a variety of disciplines (i.e., behavioral economics, human resource management, organizational psychology, occupational psychology, organizational behavior, social psychology, and neuroscience) to study behavioral questions relevant to organizations. The position is based in Lyon. The candidate should be well-versed in quantitative methods. The responsibilities of the post-doc include conducting high-quality research, taking an active part in the BRiO activities, and assisting in organizing research seminars. Teaching is not required, but possible. The working language in the group is English.
