Dear all,
We are seeking two full-time research staff positions to join the Behavior Change for Good Initiative (BCFG) at the University of Pennsylvania: A Predoc Research Coordinator and a Predoc Research and Communications Coordinator, to start in June 2027.
BCFG, led by Professors Katherine Milkman and Angela Duckworth, is conducting large-scale field experiments designed to promote behavior change across multiple domains. Our world-class team of scientific experts test and improve behavior change programs by incorporating the latest insights from their research into massive random-assignment experiments. We have formed partnerships with some of the world's largest organizations to reach millions of their students and customers.
The Predoc Research Coordinator and the Predoc Research and Communications Coordinator will work on the analysis of field data from a wide variety of settings and assist with the implementation and management of field experiments on behavior change. The Research and Communications Coordinator will also help communicate the findings from these projects to diverse audiences. These positions are ideal for individuals seeking to gain more research experience before applying to graduate programs in behavioral science or related fields.

A background in Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Behavioral Science is preferred.
