2024 ESA World Meeting - Call for Abstracts

Dear colleagues,

 

The 2024 World Meeting of the ESA will take place at Universidad de Los Andes, in the heart of the historic center of Bogotá, from June 19th (pre-conference workshop and welcome reception) to June 22nd. The conference dinner will be on June 21st at Museo Nacional de Colombia. 

 

Important Deadlines:

Submission deadline: March 15, 2024 

Cut-off of early registration: April 15, 2024 

Cut-off of final registration: May 20, 2024  

ESA Conference dates: June 20-22, 2024

Pre-Conference Workshop: June 19, 2024

 

To submit an abstract, go to this link.  You only need to submit an abstract, a full manuscript is not required.

 

We will inform you about acceptance by March 30th, 2024. 

 

Registration fees are:

For researchers affiliated to an institution in a High-Income Country:

US$ 370 (faculty) / US$ 250 (students) for early registration 

US$ 470 (faculty) / US$ 350 (students) for late registration.

 

For researchers affiliated to an institution in a non-High-Income Country:

US$ 270 (faculty) / US$ 200 (students) for early registration 

US$ 370 (faculty) / US$ 300 (students) for late registration.

 

Please note that the price discrimination is not based on your nationality. 

 

On June 19, we will host the Fifth Workshop on Choice-Process Data, which is organized by Ian Krajbich and Charles Noussair. The workshop will take place in person at the conference venue. Registration is free for participants in the ESA Conference and will be available through the ESA registration page once registration opens. Abstracts must be submitted through the ESA submission system, with the same deadline as the main conference. Please contact Ian (kraj...@ucla.edu) with any questions.
