Dear friends and colleagues,

It is my pleasure to invite you to participate in the workshop "Dynamic Decision Making: Minds, Models, and Markets", which will take place on April 14-15, 2026 at the University of Sydney, Australia, conveniently right after the ESA Asia Pacific Meeting.

This interdisciplinary workshop will focus on the emerging research that highlights how decisions are influenced by cognitive limitations, memory capacity, and environment volatility. Such advancements have provided insights into the neural and psychological foundations of dynamic decision-making. The workshop will focus on how to integrate these findings into economic models and methodologies.

This workshop will feature keynote lectures by:
  • Hilke Plassmann (INSEAD)
  • Carsten Murawski (University of Melbourne)
  • Elise Payzan-LeNestour (UNSW)
Please check the workshop website for more information:

We warmly welcome submissions of abstracts engaging with these themes. Please submit your abstract by December 20th, via this form:

Acceptance decisions will be announced by January 9th.

We would be very grateful if you could share this invitation within your networks and encourage colleagues and students interested in those topics to apply!
