The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and the EU Commission’s Joint Research Center (JRC) would like to invite applications for a 3-year PhD position The successful applicant will work on research focused on the understanding of detailed individual behaviour
under Tradable Credit Schemes (TCS) and the design of such systems for equitable emission management in multi-modal travel settings.
We are looking for excellent applicants with MSc background on Economics, Behavioural Modelling, Applied Mathematics or Quantitative Environmental Modelling with the interest and ambition to pursue PhD studies in the field of behavioural economics, choice modelling and travel behaviour.

The successful candidate will join the Intelligent Transport Systems Section at DTU, Denmark for the 1st year and the Sustainable Smart and Safe Mobility Unit at the JRC in Ispra, Italy for year 2 and 3.
