One more reminder on ESA Bogotá 2024: deadlines coming soon

Hi everyone,

This year the ESA World Meeting will take place in Bogotá on our campus at the Universidad de los Andes and close to many exciting things in the city including Monserrate, the Gold Museum, La Candelaria, hiking into the Páramos, and amazing restaurants, bars and great salsa dancing opportunities (you know who you are!).

 

The deadline for submitting abstracts is coming up soon (March 15!!, details below)

Also, some people have written to me asking for details about Bogotá including accommodations. You can check information here.

Important Deadlines:

Submission deadline: March 15, 2024 

Cut-off of early registration: April 15, 2024 

Cut-off of final registration: May 20, 2024  

ESA Conference dates: June 20-22, 2024

Pre-Conference Workshop: June 19, 2024

 

To submit an abstract, go to this link.  You only need to submit an abstract, a full manuscript is not required.

 

We will inform you about acceptance by March 30th, 2024. 

 

Registration fees are:

For researchers affiliated to an institution in a High-Income Country:

US$ 370 (faculty) / US$ 250 (students) for early registration 

US$ 470 (faculty) / US$ 350 (students) for late registration.

 

For researchers affiliated to an institution in a non-High-Income Country:

US$ 270 (faculty) / US$ 200 (students) for early registration 

US$ 370 (faculty) / US$ 300 (students) for late registration.

 

Please note that the price discrimination is not based on your nationality. 

 

On June 19, we will host the Fifth Workshop on Choice-Process Data, which is organized by Ian Krajbich and Charles Noussair. The workshop will take place in person at the conference venue. Registration is free for participants in the ESA Conference and will be available through the ESA registration page once registration opens. Abstracts must be submitted through the ESA submission system, with the same deadline as the main conference.
