Call for Papers: “18th Workshop on Social Economy for Young Economists" Bologna- Forlì Campus

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the "18th Workshop on Social Economy for Young Economists" will be held on May 29 and 30, 2025, at the University of Bologna-Forlì Campus. Please find the Call for Papers attached for more details.

Topics:

We invite submissions from scholars under the age of 35, working on topics that include, but are not limited to, social capital, social norms, cooperative and social enterprises, social preferences, and relational goods. We welcome theoretical, empirical, and experimental papers. 

The workshop will feature keynote lectures by Lea Cassar (University of Regensburg) and Stefano Fiorin (Bocconi University).

Submissions

Please submit your paper by April 14, 2025, by emailing  unibo.young.eco...@gmail.com. Notification of acceptance will be sent by April  28, 2025.

Registration and accommodation

The organization will sponsor the social dinner for the participants and accommodation for the speakers (one night). No participation fee is required, but all participants are warmly requested to attend all sessions. At the end of the workshop, the most innovative paper will be awarded the 2025 Young Economists’ Workshop on Social Economy Award.
