Assistant/Associate Professor Position UNC Charlotte

Second position for us this year - a little late, but hopefully we can still find a good match.

The Department of Economics at UNC Charlotte invites applications for a tenure-track Advanced Assistant or Associate Professor (with tenure) position beginning August 2026.

We are particularly interested in candidates with research interests in energy economics who are enthusiastic about collaborating with UNC Charlotte's Energy Production & Infrastructure Center (EPIC).  Candidates with demonstrated interest in or experience with industry partnerships are encouraged to apply.

I'm posting here because we are also open and interested in candidates who fit the above profile and are enthusiastic about collaborating with our experimental faculty. We're a growing department with an experimental laboratory opening in the coming year.
