Colleagues,

The Department of Economics, Finance, and Legal Studies in the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama is hiring one tenure-track assistant professor in the field of Experimental Economics.  Review of applications will begin November 15th and applications should be in by that date to ensure they receive full consideration.  Our ad is in the JOE (https://www.aeaweb.org/joe/listing.php?JOE_ID=111477827), but applications are through the university's system (http://careers.ua.edu/cw/en-us/job/530533).

The department is looking to build on its strength in experimental behavioral economics. Experimental and behavioral scholars whose work focuses on any topic will be given full consideration, but those whose research overlaps with that of the department’s existing faculty and who would use TIDE Lab (https://tidelab.culverhouse.ua.edu) are especially encouraged to apply.

Roll TIDE!
Cary Deck,
Professor of Economics
Bidgood Chair in Economics
TIDE Lab Director
