North American ESA Conference abstract submissions now open

Dear colleagues,
We are excited to announce that the abstract submission for the next ESA North America Meeting is now open.
The conference will take place from Oct 30 to Nov 1, 2026 at the University of Virginia in beautiful Charlottesville (with a welcome reception the evening before on Thursday, Oct 29).
Abstracts can be submitted here until August 3, 2026.
Besides paper presentations and beautiful fall foliage, we are excited to have Lise Vesterlund and Tom Palfrey as our plenary speakers. Additionally, the event schedule includes a 5k fun run past UVA's iconic world heritage site and an opportunity to partake in UVA's special trick or treating tradition (children and family members welcome as well).

Note: The ESA North America Meeting is separate from the ESA World Meeting, which is taking place in LA this week. You are welcome to submit to and attend both!
