The Texas A&M University Human Behavior Laboratory (HBL) seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher in behavioral economics, experimental economics, neuroeconomics or related fields to conduct research on decision making and choice process broadly defined, including but not limited to topics related to technology and innovation adoption, and automation. Other topics related to behavioral economics are also included as part of this position.
The HBL is a large facility with state-of-the-art equipment and software to simultaneously collect choice process data including eye tracking, facial expression analysis to assess human emotions, neural signals (electroencephalography), galvanic skin response (GSR) using incentivized experiments (https://hbl.tamu.edu).
The Postdoctoral researcher will work primarily on collaborative research at the HBL under the direction of Dr. Marco Palma and faculty affiliated with the HBL and the Institute for Advancing Health through Agriculture. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the design, implementation, and data analysis of incentivized experiments in the lab, field, and online.
