Beijing BEAT: Submission deadline extended to March 15

Dear Colleagues, 

 

We are pleased to announce the call for papers for the 2026 Behavioral, Experimental and Theoretical Economics Conference (shortened as Beijing BEAT). The conference will be held on the campus of Tsinghua University in Beijing on June 6-7, 2026.

 

Plenary speakers at Beijing BEAT include:

 

Giacomo Calzolari, European University Institute

Syngjoo Choi, Seoul National University

Lata Gangadharan, Monash University

Tayfun Sönmez, Boston College

Emanuel Vespa, University of California San Diego

 

The conference has a single track. Please consider submitting a paper in the areas of behavioral, experimental and theoretical economics to the conference by March 15, 2026. For conference submission, papers should be submitted online at http://dq.wiiyun.com/beat-web/submission, or by email to beijin...@163.com. Extended abstracts will not be accepted. Members of the organizing committee will put together the program and notify the participants by April 1, 2026. The acceptance rate for submitted papers for conferences in previous years was 32%. We look forward to welcoming you to Tsinghua in June. 


Please also note that Tayfun Sonmez will give a mini course on market design immediately after the conference.
