Dear Colleagues,

The 2026 SABE Annual Conference is organized by the University of Michigan – Dearborn, USA from June 23-25, 2026 (Tuesday-Thursday).

We welcome scholars and practitioners working in the areas of behavioral economics and related fields such as psychology, sociology, anthropology, neuroscience, public policy, decision science, etc.

Tentative deadlines:

  • Submit an extended abstract (up to 1000 words) by February 1, 2026.

  • Notification of acceptance by February 28, 2026.

  • Early bird registration ends on March 31, 2026.

  • The final registration deadline for selected presenters is May 11, 2026.

The Herbert Simon Lecture will be given by Dr. Erin Krupka, Professor of Information at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.

The Keynote Lecture by Dr. Joyce Chen, Professor of Economics at Ohio State University. 

workshop for Early Career Researchers will take place on Monday, June 22, 2026.
