Workshop Gender Ronda (Spain)

Dear ESA members,

We are pleased to announce the Workshop on Gender Economics, which will take place on April 18, 2026, in Ronda (Málaga, Spain). 

The aim of the workshop is to bring together a small group of researchers to discuss recent empirical and experimental work on gender-related topics, including gender differences in preferences, discrimination or equality of opportunity. The format will be deliberately compact with no parallel sessions to foster in-depth discussion.

We are delighted to confirm the participation of Antonio Cabrales (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid), Dorothea Kübler (WZB Berlin Social Science Center), Roberto Weber (University of Zurich) and Natalia Zinovyeva (University of Warwick)

We invite submissions of extended abstracts (deadline is February 15, 2026) for a small number of slots available. Further information about the workshop, including submission details, can be found on the workshop website:
