The Economics Department at the University of South Carolina (USC) is pleased to announce the upcoming

South Carolina Game Theory Conference

to be held on August 6-7, 2025 at USC's Darla Moore School of Business in Columbia, SC. 

The specific topic of this year's conference is 

2025 Topic: Advances in Contest Theory

We welcome submissions related to contest theory, including theoretical, experimental, and empirical investigations. Contributions from any discipline are encouraged, including those from economics, political science, biology, sports, psychology, etc.  

Keynote Speaker:

• Brian Roberson, Purdue University

• Submission deadline (extended abstract only): May 16th, 2025
• Paper selection announcement: May 23rd, 2025
• Registration fee: $100
