Postdoc Positions in Experimental & Behavioral Economics and Applied Micro

Prof. Maoliang Ye at the School of Business of the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) is looking for one to two postdoc researchers in the following fields with a related doctoral degree in economics, management, public policy, political science, or behavioral science:
1) Experimental economics and behavioral economics, broadly defined with potential applications to management, personnel, labor, health, development, and policy. Possible areas of interest include, but not limit to, pro-social behavior (e.g., cooperation, coordination, trust, charity), social preferences, social responsibility, teamwork, payment and incentive scheme, experiments and theory in personnel economics, subjective well-being, attitude towards and regarding the role of government (e.g., public trust, redistribution, welfare, economic and social intervention), as well as applications of experimental & behavioral economics in business, organization, and public policy.
2) Applied microeconomics especially labor, personnel, organization, public, development, and political economics.
3) Applied economic theory especially on topics related to those in 1) and 2).
4) Strong and relevant candidates in finance, organizational behavior, human resources, strategy management, marketing (with heavy behavioral economics elements), public policy, and political science are also welcome.
The position is immediately available for two years, and will be based in SUSTech, a fast-growing young elite Chinese university aiming for world-class, located in Shenzhen neighboring Hong Kong. The overall guaranteed annual salary is about 400 thousand RMB (before tax, including all benefits and subsidies), whereas other subsidies are subject to eligibility/competition and the most updated policies. The position is mainly focused on research with little teaching obligation and administrative burden. The postdoc researcher, with some time for own research, mainly works directly under Prof. Ye according to a negotiated agreement regarding position obligations.
