ESA World Meetings Upcoming Abstract Submission Deadline - March 16th!

Dear friends and colleagues,

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit your abstract to the 2026 ESA World Meetings is coming up this Monday, March 16th. Submit directly on the ESA site here. The conference will be held on July 15th-17th in Los Angeles, CA.

CONFERENCE & HOTEL INFORMATION 

The 2026 ESA World Meetings will be held at the Marriott Resort Hotel in Marina del Rey, California, just half a mile from Venice Beach and an easy 15-minute car ride from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The conference will open with a welcome reception on the evening of Tuesday, July 14th, and continue through Friday, July 17th. 

  

Key dates:

•  16 March 2026 – Talk submissions deadline 

•  30 March 2026 – Notification of acceptance / Registration opens

•  4 May 2026 – Deadline for early registration 

•  8 June 2026 – Registration closes

 

Conference fees:

•  Early registration faculty: $500

•  Early registration student: $350

•  Early registration LMIC faculty: $350

•  Early registration LMIC student: $250

•  Late registration faculty: $600

•  Late registration student: $450

•  Late registration LMIC faculty: $500

We have secured special conference rates at two beautiful waterfront hotels in Marina del Rey, both just steps from the marina, restaurants, and Venice beach. 

To make travel planning easier, both hotel blocks allow reservations before and after the conference dates, so attendees who wish to extend their stay can enjoy a few extra days by the beach or explore Los Angeles.
