Six years out:
Brademas, S. J. "Revolution and Social Revolution: A Contribution to

D. Phil., Oxford, 1953-1954.
Perhaps Brademas wasn't the first future senator to research the CNT
in such detail.
It's a good read if you can get your hands on it.

This time could mark the last, were God willing,
in which we find ourselves required to use
a noun a penny short of one shilling
whose implications we try hard to lose.
In admiration of those who've short fuse
we but appeal as a plain speaking man
were there to be, somewhere, the pow'r to choose.
To change our ways, we more than hope we can.
Irrespective of if there is a ban
we'll say thank you, and not for what you think.
Looking forwards, could we together plan
something not pencilled, but in pen and ink?
