Problema Receptor integrado TDT en televisión LOEWE aconda

loewe Aconda con su sintonizador de TDT integrado me encuentro con el
siguiente problema:
No recibo las emisiones de la TVE1 ni la TVE2, pero sí otros canales del
multiplex de Televisión Española.
Luego de investigar el asunto por internet, descubro que por ese
múltiplex se están emitiendo los siguientes servicios el Las Palmas de Gran
Canaria:
RGN RETEVISIÓN Canal 24h TELEVISION
ISLETA, LA
CANAL 65
Canal 50 aniversario TELEVISION
Clan TV TELEVISION
La 2 TELEVISION
TVE1 TELEVISION
RNE 1 RADIO
RNE 3 RADIO
RNE C RADIO
Digitext DATOS
EPG DATOS

Parece ser que existe un problema con el software del kit receptor del Loewe
que no puede con tantos servicios.
Por lo que sé, se puede actualizar el software desde el menú de la
televisíon sintonizando el canal STB LOEWE del satélite Astra, el problema
es que éste canal no llega a Canarias.
Me pregunto si este software o parches para sintonizador se podría cargar
mediante DVD o RETEVISION emitirá actualizaciones de los fabricantes por
algún canal. En GAPLASA distribuidor de Loewe en España no saben o no
contestan.
Ojo, no hablo del software del chasiss del Televisor, sino el de la tarjeta
sintonizadora de TDT.
Alguien comparte el mismo problema?
De otra parte me parece excesivo el número de servicios que se ofrecen por
ese múltiplex con lo que el ancho de banda o bitrate que queda para cada uno
de los canales de TVE es muy limitado y se pierde la supuesta alta
definición y aparecerá el pixelado en las retransmisiones deportivas.

It seems to be that a problem with the software of kit receiving of
the Loewe exists that it cannot [cope?] with so many services.
Reason why I know, is possible to be updated software from the menu of
television being in tune channel STB LOEWE of the Astra satellite, the
problem it is that this one channel does not arrive at the Canary
Islands.
I ask myself if this software or patches for tuner could be loaded by
means of DVD or RETEVISION it will emit updates of the manufacturers
by some channel. In distributing GAPLASA of Loewe in Spain they do not
know or no they answer.
Eye, I do not speak of the software of chasiss of the Television set,
but the one of the card TDT tuner.
Somebody joint party he himself problem? (anybody with the same
problem?)
Of another part the number of services seems to me excessive that are
offered by that multiplex one with which the bandwidth or bitreats
that it is for each one of the TVE channels very it is limited and the
supposed discharge is lost definition and will appear the pixelado one
in the sport broadcastings.

There are other translation engines, but all produce somewhat similar
results.
It's getting there but at present this is about as good as it gets for
free on line translation.

no funciona con el multiplex complejo de TVE,
sigo creyendo que es un problema del software del Kit sintonizador de DTB o
TDT de Loewe en mi aconda. En cualquier caso, quisiera saber cómo se puede
actualizar el software sin ser mediante el canal del satélite Astra STBLoewe
que en Canarias no soy Capaz de sintonizar mediante el decodificador de
DIGITAL +.
