macintosh or mac osx?

Hi,

I have just got my first Mac. I was trying to d.load limewire, the only
problem i had was on the d.load page it asked if i wanted to d.load it for
MacOSX or Macintosh. I know i am runngin macos9.1 on a g4 powerbook, so
which do i need?
