I am an english teacher living here in madrid. I will be traveling this
summer and am subletting my apartment for the months of JULY and
AUGUST.
300 EUORS/Month
Centrally located inbetween metro stops Ríos Rosas and Cuatro Caminos
as well as very close to the center of the city (Plaza del Sol). This
place has 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen as well as living
room and dining room. Everything is fully furnished, all you'll need is
your clothes and toiletries. I live here with 5 other guys.. 2 Spanish,
1 Venezuelan, 1 Ecuadorian, and 1 Panamanian -- everyone is gay and
speaks English very little. You don't have to be gay, just gay
friendly! :)... Your bedroom is furnished too, and has a blacony with
lots of natural light. The bathroom for this bedrooms is shared with 2
other guys (a couple).

Hola,
Soy un profesor de inglés y vivo en Madrid, España. Voy a viajar por
verano y alquilaré la habitación mía en un piso compartido durante
los meses de JULIO y AGOSTO.
300 Euros/Mensuales
Situatado en un lugar céntrico a las paradas del metro Ríos Rosas y
Cuatro Caminos y también al Plaza del Sol (el centro de la ciudad) en
la calle Santa Engracia. Tenemos 3 servicios, 4 habitaciones, una
cocina muy grande y también sala y comedor. Las salas comunales estan
amuebladas y compartidas por todos. Vivo con 5 hombres, 2 españoles, 1
venezuelano, 1 ecuatoriano y 1 panameño -- todos son gays y hablan
inglés muy poco. No tienes que ser gay para compartir y vivir aquí,
solo amable y abierto :-). La habitación tuya esta amueblada y tiene
balcon con mucha luz natural. El servicio para esta habitación esta
compartido con 2 otros chicos (una pareja).
