Found a bug on the eRx Test Tool

TestPlan: ONC Certification Test Plan

Change Scenario #1

Step 7 - “Change Scenario Step 7--Pharmacy creates a RxFill message and sends to the prescriber.

ERx Test Tool is sending out “SentTime” field in wrong format which is causing the step to fail:
                 <SentTime>2024-01-0111T11:05:35</SentTime> (See double 11 before T)

Thank you for contacting ONC Support. It is normal to see this message in the Static Example. However, you should not be seeing this message when tested with your SUT software.
