Test message from Surescripts giving error

We captured a test message sent to Surescripts and ran it through the validation tool. We are getting an error: "cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'Message'."

We don't see anything wrong with the message. Any assistance would be helpful.

The tool validates against the NCPDP schema, not the sure script schema.
