I was trying to restore to factory settings and it got stuck. I can't turn it off. When I try and restore it using itunes it goes through the whole downloading and installing and then at the very end says there is an error and it can't find the iphone.
I did all of those steps. When I press the right button and volume down, the Apple sign comes up but then it flicks back to the restore screen below. This happens when connected to a computer and when disconnected. ?
