Thank you for adding me to this discussion group!
I believe you've done a remarcable job although I'm not aware of
sending the binaries too. I need a little bit of time to study
FreeRTOS for knowing what I'm talking about.
In the meantime, I'd be really glad if you wanted to invite other two
members of my team: Dana Dorneanu (dana.d...@gmail.com) and
Claudiu Tigauan (tzi...@gmail.com).
Hope to hear from you soon,
Tibi
I invited Dana and Claudiu. There is not much activity on the group at
the moment, but we (me and Jonppe) try to update the pages slowly.
We can use this group also to discuss about robotics in general. If
you have any good topics in mind related to Robotics, electronics and
microcontrollers then let me know, or just start a topic.
I also invited other members of our TKK Mechatronics group. I hope
they will join.
There is no need for invitation to join this group (anyone can join).
I hope we can keep up some level of activity in the group.. maby more
so when the Eurobot 2008 approaches.
What do you mean by: "I'm not aware of sending the binaries too".

OK :)

That's a very good idea, my friend. We can share experience and
thoughts this way, find solutions, etc.

Indeed, they had :)

totally agree!

I apologize, but my knowledge about kernels is extremely thin and I
consider searching and documenting on this subject (a friend who might
help us this year for Eurobot told me about a very useful book of
professor Tanenbau). Is your system free as in freedom?

We will release only the source code of the kernel because it is so
simple and basic. The idea is that people can learn the basics of a
multitasking kernel by using and editing this simple kernel.
Everything published in this google-group is free and you are free to
use it in any way you like. I'm planning on writing a tutorial-type
article about the subject and Easy RTOS.
