Error when trying to optimize SSD

While following instructions in "SSD: how to optimize your Solid State Drive for Linux Mint and Ubuntu", point #6.

After entering command line:

xed admin:///etc/systemd/system/fstrim.timer.d/override.conf

I got this error:

** (xed:22879): WARNING **: 20:59:18.695: The specified location is not mounted

and a red box saying:

Could not find the file admin:///etc/systemd/sys…rim.timer.d/override.conf

Looks like you've omitted step b, which creates the file override.conf....
