In this document https://sites.google.com/site/easylinuxtipsproject/15 there is the instruction:

12.Now open a settings file with Xed, using the following command (use copy/paste to transfer it to the terminal):
xed admin:///lib/udev/rules.d/60-libsane1.rules
(The three consecutive dashes are intentional)

In my Linux Mint 18.2 Sonya running Cinnamon 3.4.6
The admin:/// location doesn't exist. Certainly not from within a terminal.
The location of this file on my system is: /lib/udev/rules.d/60-libsane1.rules
Perhaps it might be necessary to add an explanation of those systems which use the admin:/// location construct and the plane file location for those that don't.
