all errors being logged as development environment?

I've got Errbit running and tracking errors for a couple apps but something strange is happening - all of my errors are being recorded saying they occurred in the "development" environment, even though they are happening on production servers.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to resolve/troubleshoot this?
