Change the listening host from localhost to an aws EC2 instance

Hi,

I'm just learning errbit. I run the errbit on Amaozon EC2 instance. ERRBIT always listens on http://localhost:3000

Is there a way to change the localhost to a EC2 public DNS?

Any help will be great.
