There is no longer a supported way to watch or unwatch an app for another person. That person must watch or unwatch. One possible piece of good news is that formerly you had to watch an app in order to view that app at all. Now you can view all the apps and watching has a more normal meaning. When you watch an app, you will get email notifications as error notices are collected, but it doesn't control your access to view the app.
