I have 4 primary partitions, one of them is windows partition and one is a 100MB system reserved and I want to convert my other primaries to logicals and place them into one extended partition so I will be able to create two more primaries to install my Fedora19 ( an 8GB one for swap and a 30GB one for Fedora) but there is no option to convert one of those partitions to extended I can only convert them to logical.

I have been using this utility for over a decade and it has been my "go to" utility for backing up (actually copying) drives, for partitioning, and general drive analysis (and even repair) purposes. I generally run it from a CD. I recently upgraded to version 17 and cannot find a way to do a raw (sector-by-sector) drive copy any more. Technical support has become so bad that they cannot understand my use of "drive" and think I am trying to copy a "partition" which should clearly be a different concept. This is not the Paragon Hard Disk Manager program I relied on for years.
I am leaning towards Easeus, but it looks like I need more than one product to handle the partitioning and backup capabilities that used to be in Paragon. It looks like I need Easus Todo and Partition Manager Professional.
Problem is that new hard drives either ship pre-configured with multiple partitions, with the manufacturer thinking they know how you need your drive, or with no partition at all. Once you format your drive, you need to configure it for your computer. A partition for Windows is a cert and another for your data is likely. You might want a partition for your media.

And on separate note, I had tried to expand the disk further. It changed from 1.5TB to 2.0TB, but this didn't do anything. I then tried 1.8TB instead, but it changes it to 2TB automatically. The disk size though stays at 1.5TB and no additional unallocated space exists in disk manager.
