Run Server as Background Process

How to run "/lib/wnf.py" as background process?

Because when i write "/lib/wnf.py" , server successfully started and application is running fine. But when i exit the ssh, application stops working.

Please suggesgt any solution.

Specificaitons:

Centos (6.4 Final) VPS.
