Stock -> Tool -> Installation Note, what's usage scenario for this? Is that install items is part of stock user's job? why put it into tools?

Installation Note is used when an item required installation on customer’s place after delivery. 

And you are right, the link should be in “Documents” section instead of “Tools”. I have fixed that in my local, not pushed yet.
